The codex contains the text of the four Gospels, on 300 parchment leaves (size ).〔〔 The text is written in one column per page, 42 lines per page.〔 The biblical text is surrounded by a catena, of the authorship of Theophylact. It contains tables of the , numbers of the (''chapters'') at the margin, the (''titles'') at the top, the Ammonian Sections, without references to the Eusebian Canons, subscriptions at the end of each Gospel, and numbers of stichoi.
